Could you please let me know if one is required to be a enrolled in the Medium Partner Program in order to participate? I'd like to make a submission under a pen-name account that isn't eligible to be a part of the MPP. Can I still participate regardless of whether my story is behind the paywall and whether I'm a paying Medium subscriber?
And one story per person..does that mean one story per account?
