Oh my gosh, I’m sorry that happened with your friend. The gathering amidst a pandemic sounds highly dangerous and your friendship should have made it through even if you didn’t support it(you were 100 percent right not to).

I agree that this type of toxic advice can have a horrid effect once drilled into someone’s core ideals. In one of Rachel’s speeches, I saw that there was a woman crying because her family didn’t support her being there, and Rachel spoke as if that was on them, not her MLM work.
