Yupp! I mean, I don't want to be tooo judgemental because I haven't walked in someone else's shoes. At one point they have no choice but to apologize and make amends and that might seem insincere like it does now. But for the reasons I mentioned in this piece, I feel it was indeed insincere , at least in this case.
